Kevin Bergin
Managing Director
Joined Manweb in 1989 and then moved across to Scottish Power Contracting in 1997. Kevin held numerous engineering positions at Alstom, Areva and latterly was Private Networks Manager at Bethall Power before forming Electricity Solutions in March 2007.
Gill Bergin
Finance Director
Joined Manweb Contracting in 1992 working in the High Voltage Department, before going on to work in the Completion department of The Mortgage Business within HBOS in 1997. Gill then moved to The Close Brothers group working in the Asset finance department in 2003 before moving to Electricity Solutions in June 2008.
Tom Bergin
Business Development Manager
Tom first joined Electricity Solutions in a Project Management capacity in 2019, before being recruited by Taylor Wimpey to join their Production team. He subsequently moved into a sales position covering the New York market, where he experienced significant success. In 2024, Tom returned to Electricity Solutions, bringing with him well-rounded experience from both his previous project management and sales roles.
Nathan Harrison
Preconstruction Manager
Nathan began his career with Fulcrum Connections in 2003, initially specialising in domestic gas meter alterations. He later transitioned into design, earning his NVQ Level 4 in Design, before moving to ES Pipelines, where he was responsible for reviewing and approving design submissions. Following a period working as a sole trader, Nathan advanced to become an MU Designer and subsequently progressed into management. At Aptus Utilities, he led a team of designers and estimators, further broadening his expertise. With more than 20 years of experience in the utilities industry, Nathan joined Electricity Solutions overseeing and managing our skilled preconstruction team.
Nichola Robert
Office Manager
Nichola joined UCML a connections consultancy and project management company in 2006 covering electric gas water and telecoms. Nichola moved to J Wilson Contractors a Groundworks company in 2020 and Electricity Solutions in 2022. Working as an Office Manager in all roles has given her the opportunity to gain 16 years of experience in all aspects of utility connections.
Rob Hamilton
Project Manager
Rob completed an SP Energy Networks apprenticeship in 2011, gaining authorisation in LV, 11kV, and 33kV Jointing, as well as earning an HNC in Electrical Engineering. Following his 10 years with the DNO, he worked as a subcontractor, further developing his technical expertise achieving authorisation on Electricity North West’s LV and 11kV networks. His personal development has earned him TMIET and EngTech status with The Institute of Engineering and Technology and is a City&Guilds accredited Assessing Officer. Rob joined Electricity Solutions in 2023 as a Project Supervisor and was promoted to Project Manager in January 2024.
